Egg-Free French Toast

I love that I can still eat french toast because it has always been one of my favorites. This recipe works really well. I found 1 Tablespoon maple syrup is enough and using ½ teaspoon cinnamon to be a better amount. Also if you have black salt (Kala Namak) you can add a tiny pinch to the blender and it will give it the egg taste and smell.
